About Packets Pro
Packets Pro is a product of 3000 Studios, an independent creative and software studio based in Acworth, Georgia, USA, run by Jeremy Swain. The studio releases original music, produces the 3000 Studios Podcast, builds games and websites, and publishes practical digital products — of which Packets Pro is the one devoted entirely to paperwork.
Why packets?
Nobody loves paperwork, but everybody's life runs on it at the moments that matter most: the move, the new job, the new business, the emergency. At exactly those moments, the cost of a missed form is highest and the time to hunt for it is lowest. We kept meeting the same failure in different clothes — a deposit lost to a missing inventory, a launch delayed by a form filed out of order, a family in a crisis searching for information one person carried in their head — and the fix was always the same: somebody should assemble the complete set, in order, with the traps marked. Packets Pro is that assembly, done once, carefully, and kept current.
How a packet gets made
Each packet starts from a finished job. We map the completed outcome — the move completed, the business legally open, the binder finished — back to every document it required, checking against the actual issuing sources: agency form libraries, state landlord-tenant and business guidance, school district practice, insurer and lender checklists. Then we write the briefing for each page in plain English: what it is, when it is used, and the mistake people most often make with it. Finally we publish the core checklist free, as a guide on this site, so anyone can judge the work — and check our thoroughness — before spending anything. When an agency changes a form or a deadline, we revise the packet and email the new edition to every owner.
How this site is funded
Two ways, both declared: packet sales at the prices on the pricing page, and advertising served through Google AdSense on the free pages. Ads never appear inside a purchased packet, and packet contents are never influenced by advertisers. The full detail of how data and cookies are handled lives in the privacy policy.
Honest limits
Packets Pro sells organization, not expertise: our materials are general-information tools and templates, not legal, tax, medical or financial advice. Where a decision needs a professional, our briefings say so plainly — see the disclaimer. We would rather mark a boundary clearly than blur it for a sale.
Get in touch
Questions, corrections, or a packet you wish existed: the contact page reaches a person — the same person who writes the packets. Corrections from readers have already improved two editions, and they are credited in the update notes sent to owners.
